ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD (November 30, 2015) – Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc. is pleased to announce the grand opening of Spring Arbor of Severna Park.
Developed by HHHunt, the new community is located in the beautiful north end of the Severna Park neighborhood and includes 78 senior apartments (studios, one and two bedroom suites) in a variety of services for independent living, assisted living and dementia-care. The full-service senior living complex boasts a wide range of amenities, including a spa, salon, multiple libraries, and restaurant-style dining. Other amenities include a wellness room with state-of-the-art equipment for physical and occupational therapy needs.
This is the first Spring Arbor project in Maryland. HHHunt owns and manages a total of 21 senior living communities.
The project was built by Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc., headquartered in Winchester Virginia.
The project received a “2015 Excellence in Construction Award” from the Chesapeake Shores Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).
